Saki Winki Development, Inc.

Is a minority owned development corporation that has invested more than one million dollars in Williamsburg County? The company was founded in 2005 by Dr. Hazeline Outram-Evans.

The Company’s headquarters is located in Greeleyville (11 Oak hill loop ).

The company has acquired multiple pieces of property which will be developed to provide for the housing needs of Williamsburg County residents. The company is the builder of low, moderate and high end priced homes. We build to suit the preference and financial needs of the homebuyer.

Outram is a Subdivision

Bordered by the Black River and serviced by the Public Water and Sewer of the Town of Greeleyville, South Carolina. The Subdivision is located at the intersection of two major roadways in North East South Carolina (US HWY 52 & US HWY 521).

This is the first development of property

Where the desire to meet the housing demand is begun. The Outram Subdivision currently has 6 houses in the development. It is planned to build an additional 41 homes.

In terms of the recent downturn in the housing market

Many who have a desire to achieve the American dream of homeownership has found the this is not possible at this time but the need for housing is still in high demand. In conducting a needs assessment for housing, we found that there are multiple families living in a small single-wide trailer. There are currently rental properties that are in deplorable conditions. There are those who find themselves homeless for one reason or another. The rental properties just mention is in the process of being abandon which will displace four families.
